In pursuit of our commitment to quality, EM Engineering Solutions LLC is currently implementing the ISO 9001:2015 standards for quality management in all of our respective processes in internal design, contract engineering, and multidisciplinary services including consulting. EM has no available timeline for when its certifications will become active as its nature of business is constantly expanding and requires increasingly more attention to deliver the quality that we uphold with our clients. State of Michigan Certificate of Authorization for LLC's
EM Engineering Solutions LLC operates under the industry exemptions per Michigan State Legislature: MCL 299-1980-20 sections 339.2010, 339.2011, and 339.2012 in the performance of contract design services. EM Engineering Solutions LLC recognizes it cannot be fully cognizant of the entire use and/or misuse of a deliverable, and as such, does not perform design services that will impact public safety. As safety & ethics are a core principle of EM, EM Engineering Solutions LLC upholds all safety, ethical principles, and responsibilities required by the law of "Engineering" or an "Engineer" regardless of industry exemptions in the performance of contract design services
